We’re so glad to welcome you to Prairie Creek Inn, a family-friendly bed & breakfast and our personal home. To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our house guidelines:

Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, except in the designated smoking area located in the front yard.

Respectful Conduct: Excessive noise, public intoxication, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Alcohol: Prairie Creek Inn does not serve or promote alcohol. However, small quantities brought into guest rooms are allowed. Please dispose of any containers responsibly.

House Rules
- Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Prairie Creek Inn is a shared space for all guests. Please be courteous, quiet, and respectful of others during your stay. Responsible behavior helps maintain the welcoming, peaceful environment we value.

Shared Grounds: Your group may not be the only one on the property. Please be mindful that other guests may be present and are also here to relax and enjoy their time.

Children: Well-behaved children are welcome! Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Families may wish to consider booking a suite for added comfort and space.

Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a separate pet fee. All pets must remain outdoors, either on a leash or in a secure carrier. Please discuss pet accommodations when making your reservation.

Property Respect: We ask that you treat the inn, its contents, and grounds with care. Damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy

Individual room/single-night reservations: Cancellation notice required at least 48 hours in advance.

Multi-room or multi-night reservations: Remaining 75% balance due 7 days prior, with cancellation notice required by then for a refund.

Whole-house rentals or large events (40+ people): Remaining 75% balance due 30 days prior. Payment in full and a signed facility rental agreement are required 30 days before the event.
Refunds will be issued if cancellations are made by the deadlines above. After that, a full charge for one night (or the entire balance for multi-room, multi-night, or large events) will apply.
Reservations
All reservations require a security deposit via credit/debit card hold or check at the time of booking. For whole-house rentals, multi-room or multi-night stays, and large events, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required.
Behavior Policy

Lake Guidelines
- The west half of the lake shoreline is reserved for registered overnight guests only.
- Fishing is allowed (with a valid Nebraska fishing license).
- No swimming or boating is permitted.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be considerate of our adjacent neighbors’ privacy.
