Hideaway Suite* $169 = entire 2nd fl. (sleeps 4-5: Bedrooom/balcony/private bath/living room, tiny TV & sleeper/coffeemaker, small fridge, microwave)

ENTIRE COTTAGE RENTAL—sleeps 8-9 $400 (includes bedrooms, 3 baths, living rooms, kitchen, laundry)

Lake Lodge:

Outdoorsman Suite* $269  (sleeps 6: bedroom has private bath with air jet tub, rear private patio, 2 stories, second bathroom w/shower, coffeemaker, small fridge, microwave, sleeper sofa.  Living room has sleeper sofa and fireplace, TV and DVD player.)

Trails’ End Suite* $269 (sleeps 4: bedroom has private bath with air jet tub, private ‘tree top balcony’, 2 stories, second private bathroom w/shower, full kitchen, laundry, living room has sleeper sofa and fireplace, TV and DVD player)

ENTIRE LODGE RENTAL—sleeps 8-10  $600  (includes 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 16′ x 40′ living room, 2 fireplaces, full kitchen, laundry)

Golden Sunset Farm Barn (capacity up to 299):

Our Opry Barn has heating and a/c, also plenty of large doors, windows, and fans), 52′ x 52′ main floor plus mezzanine above, stage, 4 restrooms. Ideal for concerts, dances, receptions!  $400 – 2,500, rates vary depending on type of event, venues/size/time needed. Capacity depends on setup.

Leavitt Dining Hall/Parlour/Wrangler room for showers/special meals, etc.:

$100-400 rates vary depending on event/group size/time needed

“Tea & Tours for Ten”

$10/person, groups of 8-32, Two-hour experience, by reservation
only, start times generally between 10am and 6pm

Weddings and/or Receptions:

Indoor or outdoor, 30-500, Ample parking. 100- acre site.
$750 to $7,500+,  rates vary depending on venues/size/time needed;   Each event has its own price.  Leavitt House required for at least night of any wedding or reception on site.  2 night minimum on housing during any major holiday or home football game weekend.

Venues: We have a prairie, side yard, front yard, lake-front, and the renovated ‘Opry Barn’ venue to choose from
The top of the Native Prairie is also an excellent site for a large tent reception.
